英国大使馆“科学与创新决策系列研讨会”之产研合作中的政策 |

尊敬的各位领导、专家，科学新闻的朋友们：
科学新闻诚邀您参加由英国大使馆、国家科技部与科学新闻杂志社主办的“科学与创新决策系列研讨会”第一次会议，本次会议将邀请到来自中英两国政府、科学界、企业界的代表，围绕产学研合作及技术转移过程中的各种问题，讨论政策制定中科学（包括科学方法、科学工具和科学精神）的重要性及关键政策制定中科学的影响方式。
本次会议将于2009年12月3日上午9点在北京融金国际酒店24层会议厅召开，为了答谢科学网和科学新闻的读者对我们长期以来的支持和关注，也为了给相关领域的科学界、企业界人士搭建一个参与和讨论上述议题的平台，我们特此邀请对该话题感兴趣的各界专家参会。由于场地所限，我们只能提供50个名额，欢迎您参与发言和讨论，主办方将为与会者提供会议当天的自助午餐，食宿及交通费用敬请自理。请大家根据附件填写好报名表通过邮件报名，并在邮件中提供您感兴趣的论题和观点参会回执请见附件。会议当天希望您能提前十分钟到达会场，会议实行实名签到入场，敬请您准备好名片。
会议详细地址：北京融金国际酒店（五星），北京市海淀区北四环西路甲2号，保福寺桥东南角。如果您选择乘坐地铁，可在13号线的五道口站或者知春路站下车，或者10号线的知春路站下车后打车（起步费10元）到达。建议您打印出本地图带在身边。

科学新闻力争将此次会议办成一次“低碳会议”，尽可能减少对环境的CO2排放，也希望您能够与我们一同为节能环保尽一份绵薄之力。由于时间仓促和条件所限，我们还无法实现真正意义上的标准化“低碳会议”，但为了实现这一目标，我们选择了无人工照明的会场，空调26度，多用循环材料，双面使用复印纸；在会议期间，希望您做到节约用水，减少纸张使用，吃饭不浪费，减少瓶装水的消耗。
